2. Refund Process

  • Processing may take 7–30 business days, based on the airline and payment gateway.

3. Cancellation by Customer

  • Airline + service fees will be deducted from refundable amounts.

  • In some cases, partial credits may be issued as travel vouchers (subject to airline policy).

4. Cancellation by Airline

  • If the airline cancels or reschedules your flight, we will help process the refund or rebooking.

  • TravelSkyz is not liable for such cancellations but will assist as per the airline’s guidelines.

5. No-show Policy

  • Failure to board or check-in without notice may lead to 100% ticket forfeiture, per airline policy.

6. Non-Refundable Services

  • Transaction charges, service fees, and any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or similar events, all refunds are subject to airline policy and government regulations.
